Hopefully NEVER! This was one of the worst POS movies I've seen. Why on Earth would anyone want to see a movie about two low-life losers having midlife crises?

I say this all in good humor and with a smile on my face and mean no offense. All a matter of personal taste, for sure. But I hate this movie with passion. All of the raving that was done, and I found it pure torture. I just kept waiting and waiting and waiting for it to be over.

I'm sorry you guys disliked it so much. Hopefully you'll do better jobs avoiding the Blu-ray release then you did avoiding the threads about the Blu-ray release!

I would like to see it come to Blu-ray, as well. It's Fox, so it could happen. Especially if Fox holds true to their 100 catalog titles in '08 promise.

Plus look at the original posters name. This person has to like a movie about wine.

I absolutely loved this movie. I don't know if I could justify the upgrade cost though.

Some subjects just bring those savage instincts to the surface, and you lose complete control

Will pick up if eventually comes to Blu. But wouldn't count on it coming anytime soon. They'll be trying to wring every last penny out of JUNO before they remember "Hey, we have other movies people want to see."

Maybe if they blew some stuff up the kiddies would like it more.

I'm not saying the movie was great, but it was watchable in an indie sort of way. I own it on SD.

I think it was too "hollywood" with the wine though. I enjoy wine and it's not that damn dramatic.

I do agree that Merlot drinkers need to be shot.

I hope more titles will be region free. Certainly with the European Fox DTS Hi-res audio debacle. Then there will be choise for us Europeans.

Are we to then speculate there may have been a change in policy? Or just on catalogue releases?

Australia is out in the US shortly and it would be great if it was region free as I'm anxious to import it to the UK.
That said, it will probably be released in the UK in April anyway - but still, would be great if they go region free.

Fox's releases outside of America are an insult.

They regularly drop extra features that are available on the equivalent US release and it's now come to light that they often encode their titles with DTS HD HR audio or worse in Europe, even when they they include lossless DTS HD MA tracks on the equivalent US release.

The latest title I've realised they've done this on is the Planet of the Apes Collection.

POTAC In the US: DTS HD MA for the English audio, original English mono included & DTS HD MA for the isolated scores.

POTAC in Europe: DTS HD HR for the English audio, NO original English mono included & standard DTS encoded at 754kbps for the isolated scores.

They are doing this on most of their European releases it would seem.

I won't buy European Fox titles because of this.

FOX releases from the UK has every extra material that is on the US disc's and the transfer is the same also. Don't know wich country you are refering to because the UK FOX is identical to the US releases
