How do you listen to your Onkyo?

So what listening mode do you have your Onkyo on when you watch movies, listen to tunes, and play games. When I watch movies I use THX Cinema, for games I use THX games, and music my reciever is on All Chan. What about you and do you have any suggestions. Thanks!

I watch BD's on Direct and listen to music in Stereo.

I do everything in PLIIX, with the obvious exception of TrueHD/DTS HD MA/ETC..,

i use PLII music or THX music

PLII/THX "music" gives a better sound than PLII/THX cinema/movie

for everything else its dolby digital, true hd, etc

when you listen to movies in pure audio do you still get all of the bass?

i notice on direct theres no bass and it sounds "flat"
