Talking Just ordered my ln52a650

I just ordered it from Amazon. I went back and forth between this and the 50 inch kuro for quite a while but decided that the lcd just fit better for video games and what not. Just wanted to share my joy as I've done quite a bit of reading on this tv and it seems like all the owners are extatic about it.

I ordered my 650 from Amazon as well (46" model) and everything you have read and heard about this TV is true. Amazon's white glove service was great for me (it can vary depending where you live and what company provides the TV). It was a great price, and I had it in 4 days. It's a beautiful picture and the Motion Enhancer is a nice option to have, as you can either turn it off or on low, medium or high. In my opinion, the Sammy 650, 750 and 850 series are one of the top LCD's out there (right behind the Sammy 950 and really close to the Sony XBR8's). Congrats and let us know how you like the TV!

Only 4 days? Wow, that's awfully quick. I think that they said mine would be here within a week. That would be excellent if it only took four days! Anyway, I can't wait to get it as I am upgrading from a westinghouse monitor that I haven't been happy with since I bought it. That's what I get for making an uninformed/uneducated purchase! I'm also thinking about getting it professionally calibrated as I've read that it does wonders for your picture.

Congrats on the TV! I've got a 46" 650 as well...I think it's truly fantastic. I got mine off Amazon, and also have gotten a few family members to get them from there as well No problems whatsoever with Amazon, and the TV's had always arrived in a few days, no hassles. Best of luck with your purchase! Enjoy!

Gold Box? Sorry I'm a little new to Amazon. That is something on Amazon, isn't it?

yeah, gold box is the place where amazon gives you personalized deals and depending on what they are knocks off a few extra bucks from the current price.

You're in for a real treat man! I ordered the 46" 650 from Amazon back in september and have been in heaven ever since. Next TV is either a 52" 650 or maybe a 55" 950 if I can fork up the extra dough. Have fun man, you're gonna love it!

I'm outdated. I've had my LN630 for 2 and a half months now. But I still love it.

This thing is amazing. I knew that there would be a huge difference going from the monitor to this but i had no idea it would be this much brighter and clearer. Christmas morning indeed!

Definitely been thinking about the calibration. I've been waiting to get my reciever back from Harman Kardon for about two weeks now. Once I do I'll get everything set back up how it should be (my audio is still severely lacking but is next to get upgraded) but I will get some pics up soon. Until then I'll just be forced to play some Killzone 2
