Question Are there any Mission Impossibles releases differences?

Hey Guys

I just bought the tripple pack of all 3 Mission Impossibles and just realized that they re-released the first 2 today...

What is the reason for re-releasing the first 2 again today? will they do the same to the third? should I sell the first 2 I have now and go buy the newer version that were released today?

Thanks

Erik

I am making myself reply to this without doing any research. I realize that sometimes I spend too much time doing research and I'm trying to break myself of that time consuming habit. Hopefully, this answer will do. If not, I suck and I apologize for my suckiness.

MI3 was released solo several months ago. The first 2 were not. Then the triple pack to which you referred was released. And now, MI1 and MI2 are being released solo. Therefore, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

well from what I read on this site under the movies section, Mission Impossible 1 is a 50 gig now and Mission IMpossible 2 is coming with 2 disks...
mine are both 25 gig and just 1 disk...

so there is a difference...

Well, the first answer seems to be correct. The movie company wants to make more money so they broke up the 3 disc set. If you look at the specs for the two MIs released on the 22nd and compare them to yours what differences do you see? It looks like it was repackaged is all. They may have extras not on your disc but check out a copy in a store to see for sure.

well my first 2 disks are both BVSS and both only came with 1 Blu Ray disk...
my third one came with 2 disks, both BVSS, 1 for movie and 1 for special features...

according to this site the one's released today are MI:1 a 50 gig disk and MI:2 comes with 2 disks...

seems like I should of researched before buying the bulk pack

I got the set since it was not too expensive, and I read that these movies will be put on moratorium soon.

I did not like the packaging on the first two movies; some sort of snap device employed. I pulled them off.
