22" Vizio VO22LFHDTV - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone here have any experience with this product? Right now I have a 22 inch Sharp CRT SDTV that is around five years old, and am looking to upgrade. I have a limited space to work in, so I need a set that is no larger than the current one. Would you recommend the Vizio?

Vizio is basically rebadged Sony, I have one too, 26". If you don't mind having a TV that's that size, I say go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Can sets that small deliver 1080p? That's the first one I've seen listed as such.

They can but I've heard you're really not supposed to use a set under 42" for 1080p.

Well a lot of experts say that you can't really appreciate the difference between 720p and 1080p on a TV under 42", don't know if that's true or not.

Since when are Vizios considered "rebadged" Sonys (or any other brand, for that matter)? They are their own company. It's not like the Best Buy store brands that are rebadged LGs and such. At least, that's how I always understood it.

You're right, I don't know what this guy is talking about. Sony doesnt even make panels anyways, they share them with Samsung right now, but said they may switch to sharp. I wouldnt touch a Vizio anyways.
