read The Shining.

You will enjoy the movie much more after knowning the whole story.

It was also a top-notch read.

yea i do want to read the shining but i am looking for something i have no seen right now... eventually ill get to the shining...

And i have not read the Dark Tower series yet... That was one of my options as well...

i've wanted to read that for the longest time. never read any king, but have seen his movies. this will be the next book i pick up.

I really liked The Stand. Also 'Salem's Lot(The 70's mini series is pretty good), The Bachman Books, Misery, and Skeleton Crew.

Salems Lot, Pet semetary, Salem Lot, The Talisman, (didnt care for Black house) It, The Stand The shining, Tommnyknockers. im also fortunate enough to have a copy of the Bachman books. If youi have a copy of it keep it as it was pulled out of the market.

Wasn't nuts about Pet Semetary, but other than that you hit all of my favorites. Salem's Lot is my all-time favorite.
