UT III Chapter Question

How many "levels" are there in the chapters? I seem to have been playing it for a bit, and am waiting for the "completed Chapter 1" trophy to unlock...how many levels in the 1st chapter are need to unlock it?

I got the chapter 1 trophy after the very first match, 1v1 DM. I had already beaten the game prior, so that might have had an effect on it, but I think chapter 1 is just that one match to get new players familiar with the match. I got the chapter 2 trophy after 10-ish matches. I started a new campaign after the patch - have you tried that, or picking up on an old campaign?

Did you start a new game from scratch? The trophies will not be initiated from previous save games. The Chapter 1 trophy should be achieved after your "training session" with that female character.

I am, however, having a bit of trouble getting the Chapter 2 trophy. I guess I'm not that skilled a player since I've played 2 or 3 missions and it takes me FOREVER to actually complete each.

I had only played in the instant action mode until I tried the campaign mode this weekend. I got the chapter one trophy after completing the training DM.

1 mission in chapter 1, some of the other chapters have various length to them, as there is sometimes more missions then you need to complete a chapter.

^ They released a patch that added trophies and splitscreen, + additional maps + some super cool mutators and much much more.

Better yet how could you play the first mission without starting a new game. Some of it takes time do not forget you have cards to help you out with stuff.

Well, I knew about the maps and mutators. I downloaded the update when it came out but I haven't played it yet.

Aargh!!! I loaned this game to a friend a while ago, and I still haven't gotten it back! I don't even think he's played it yet. Ditto for The Orange Box. I doubt he's cracked that one open either.

I'm way too nice sometimes.

OP: You need to make sure you downloaded the update successfully, and then you need to start a new game. Trophies will not attach to an existing game save.
