When does Amazon normally ship preorders? - Blu-ray Forum

I ordered the super packed X-men Triology which comes out tomorrow, and yet I haven't gotten a ship confirmation. When does amazon normally send preorders? The street date?

If so thats crap, why would I want to get it 4 days after I could drive to walmart and get it on my way home? Yeah they might be out but I could keep checking and probably get it sooner. If it hits stores on the 21st then it should be on my doorstep on the 21st as well.

Oh well.

Try and save a buck and guarentee a copy and I have to wait a week after everyone else lol.

If you use the free shipping it ships after people with Prime and people who paid for shipping, usually between a day before and a couple days after street date.

I usually get confirmation the Sunday prior to release. In most cases I recieve it on release day! Looks like the Prime shipping on X-Men set is slower than usual. I have an estimated delivery of 4/23

My X-Men set was shipped today with prime. Normally, from my experience it's shipped the day before release. Sometimes, it's the Friday before, but very rarily.

I am a Prime member, so mine always ship the day before release (today). I'll have mine on Wednesday.

My order finally shipped. They updated my delivery date: April 21

That has also been my experience with Prime. Most of the time pre-orders are shipped out Monday, though for a few items it has been on Friday.

mine was sent today--I have Prime and they almost always ship the day before release.
