? about amazon preorders

i preordered batman begins and gotham knight on amazon.com two days ago when they dropped the price of both i also ordered cloverfield and rambo at the same time. the ? that i have is that i see they already charged my charge card for all 4 blu rays.is this normal,it seems to me that they should do this when they ship the preorders.what gives?

i usually get charged when they ship....are you sure they charged your for all 4 or maybe just for cloverfield and rambo...and possibly shipped them separately

You should not get charged for pre-orders until they ship in stock items are charged as soon as you order them

What you are most likely seeing is an authorization for the order...This is NOT the same thing as a charge. the authorization verifies to the merchant that the payment is going to go through and they will get paid. The auth. is temporary and will go away, you will then be charged when the itmes ship.
