Samsung PN42B450 Settings - Blu-ray Forum

I recently picked up this tv and was wondering if anyone had any calibration settings for it that they are happy for.

I was happy with the factory calibration (standard) until i went to watch some hi-def hockey and their is a white glow around all of the players that is really bothersome. I tried changing it to movie mode but they are still there.

Not positive if this will help you as I have the PN42B430, but these are gorgeous and worth your try.........

Picture

Mode = Movie
Cell Light = 6
Contrast = 73
Brightness = 56
Sharpness = 50
Color = 39
Tint = G46/R54

Advanced Settings

Black Tone = Dark
Dynamic Contrast = Low
Gamma = 0
Color Space = Native
White Balance = default
Flesh Tone = 0
Edge Enhancement = On

Picture Options

Color Tone = Warm2
Size = 16:9
Digital NR = Auto
HDMI Black Level = Normal
