she had a corpse
under her bed
he had her fun
but now he's dead
hear momma said
come feed desire
her brother said
hey, throw her on the fire

this is the house
come on in
this is the house
built on sin
this is the house
nobody lives
this is the house
you get what you give

i cut the flesh
and make it bleed
fresh skin
is what i need
i let it dry
out in the wood
all your crying
did no good, yeah

now you're lying
on the floor
yeah, you can't
take anymore
the devil's laughing
in your face
give me another taste, yeah

I watched HO1C when I was younger, and I liked it. Devil's Rejects has to be on my list of worst movies ever.

I watched house of 1000 corpses....at one point i was interested in the story..But little things like the hot chick banging a corpse/skeleton...and other little creative ideas they had for the movie threw me off a little. When they made that guy look half human half fish i thought that was pretty funny.
Those cops at the end didnt even see it coming! Overall i probably would never own or rewatch this again..It took me 2 settings to watch this full movie due to me saying " ok thats enough" shutting it off..then coming back later and finishing it. Too creepy / weird/ sometimes just foolish for me.

Wow, Devils Rejects is widely considered the better of the two films, and I would agree. Its much more a take on pop culture than the first. Also, I liked the first one up until the end. The whole, "is it a dream? is she dead?" made no sense to me and felt like a reach.

Sure it could of been "cleaner" , but it would take the 'look' out of it. Hell, I don't know... Watching the movie on my panasonic & then watching it on my pioneer(s) is like day and night eventhough you still get the feel of the film. I've noticed this with many films I've watched on a lesser HDTV, then a Pioneer. I've watched both parts atleast 12 times each.

What? This Blu-ray looks great! You have to take into consideration the style of the movie. It's a gritty and "dirty" movie.

devil's reject's was sickeningly entertaining,i hope rob still doe's his thing & make movie's like devil's reject....all thou i found Halloween too quite & bland for my tastes to be a called a horror movie.

heh, anyone who would walked out on devil's rejects Softy, didn't like the intense blood splattered scenes or the wicked kidnapping parts...MUAHA....but the ending was my favorite part with the nice soundtrack.

I love both films. I personally like H1KC better than DR. DR was an all around better film, but I guess H1KC just hits a spot with me.

I own DR and have been debating on getting H1KC because the bluray doesn't include the interactive menu at the beginning with Captain Spaulding which I thoroughly enjoy.

So you went to see House of 1000 Corpses in theaters and it was the only movie you ever walked out on? You obviously didn't think very kindly of it.

Then you saw the sequel?

I didn't get Devil's Rejects on BD because it was void of the features the 2-disc DVD has. Now you saw House of 1000 Corpses doesn't have the great Captain Spaulding menu? I won't be upgrading that either, I suppose.
