So apparently Gary from Amazon chat says the only time they process an automatic Return on an order is when it is damaged so bad that it is returned or the label has been lost and it is deemed undeliverable. He put in a replacement order at No Charge So Happy Thanksgiving/Merry Christmas for me

This order contained the Transformers 4 steelbook as well

Glad it worked out in the end for you. Mine was sent via Ascendia also and is yet to arrive. First time I heard of them.
