Features to add to the ps3 - Blu-ray Forum

I thought of a few things that could be added to the ps3 and I do have one question to ask. First what can be added to the ps3.
1) An estimation on how long it would take to download something off of the playstation 3 store
2) A progress bar for the ps3's web browser so that when you go to a web page, you know how long it'll take for the page to appear. All browsers have a progress bar, no reason why the ps3's browser shouldn't have the same thing.
My question is can you download a version of the flash player that is compatible with the ps3? On the website, they list players for both windows and mac? Not sure what the ps3 runs on.

Yeah good stuff I wish that the ps3 had that too. And no you have to wait for sony to update the flash player in an update you cant download the latest version onto your ps3 yourself.

The internet browser SERIOUSLY needs looking at. i found the browser on the psp to be better. i have some serious problems with a lot of websites on the ps3 browser.

I'd like to see a multiple platform instant messager, like trillian, one that can do at least YAHOO, MSN and AIM

oh yeah and playlists for the video section. i hate having to start each episode of a tv show, why cant i just put them all in a list and play it like i can with the music
