I had heard that Frank Miller wanted to release it with the theatrical release of "The Spirit." Just wondering...

These horror titles must be selling like gangbusters on Blu-ray. Every studio seems to be releasing whatever catalog horror title they have lying around.

I'll be picking this up as I'm a big fan of the books, but does anyone else feel that Tom Cruise as Lestat really brought the film down a notch? I thought he was a horrible casting choice. Stuart Townsend just seemed more like I imagine Lestat in Queen of the Damned. I wouldn't mind having that on Blu either. The soundtrack was awesome enough that I purchased the CD
