I was just online with a sam tech trying to explain that I updated the bd-p1500 on 6-30 when they said it was 1.0 now they have 1.1 listed from 7-14, but it is the exact same numbers, 080621. that is what my fw version is from 6-30. so how can it be a fw update if it contains the exact same numbers, 080621? my guess is they put out the fw 1.1 out on 6-30 , and are correcting that. the tech couldnt follow so I clicked him bye bye!

I dont care if its fw version 1.0, 1.1, or 1.4, the fw numbers match what I downloaded on 6-30, 080621. Is it just me or is that really confus

They have a history of doing this on the BD-P1200 as well.
They change the date but then the FW is the same/unchanged as one released or leaked several weeks prior.

What a suprise

Do you think it was probably 1.1 after the june release and they sobered up and realized that it was really 1.1 in june?
