If I remember correctly, I had a 26 or 28 BD day on Boxing Week. Ya, the number on that cash register definitely was not my bank account's friend. However, on the upside of it all, I have nobody to answer to about my purchases!

I mad three stops to get all the movies I wanted..... the bad part, was I didn't have a "list" and didn't research, so I didn't know what movies were even available!!! I even bought "House of Flying Daggers" what a dumb move that was!

I tend to buy 2 or 3 a month,its a different story when you have kids and a mortgage to pay for.

I'm buying blu rays and I don't have a job anymore! My money is running out quick. I've gotten that reaction from my girl as well, except she loves blu ray just as much as I do and with the 120 inch projector and 7.1 surround sound she can't help to be sucked in to what I'm watching. Ha!

Buying every title is a waste of money unless you never sleep and never move from the TV

Use this formula... if you rent something and want to watch it over and over then buy it... else just rent once and forget...

I never understood blind buys for this reason... classics is different i agree... easy to go out and buy up say the star wars series cause yoiu know you will watch them over time...

But buying a piece of crap like Doomsday for example is really not worth it when you haven't seen it already.

My Blu Ray spending is so weird... one time I went 2 weeks on one blu ray then one time I got like 15 in 2 weeks. I just bought 4 from the sale on Amazon.. and the sad thing is im using my check that comes in the mail TOMORROW to pay for them lol. Thank god Amazon doesnt charge my account until like 2 days after I place the order
