Default REAL POLL for Netflix!!! Will you cancel/switch?

Please vote on this improved poll and not on the other one.

(Mod, sorry for the multiple thread, please delete the other one when you can)

----------------------------------------------------------------

Will you?

PHP Code:
Sayprice increse of 3-5 dollars
.

I am personally a BBV user, just because there is a BBV close by with tons of BD selections and stock! I just go to the store and exchange the any "short/long/verylong" wait BD movies online.

So, how many are switching now that Netflix is announcing it will test price increase soon (as announced on blu-ray.com Home page)

Just curious, since there are quite a few netflix users here.

:P

For the convenience of in-store exchange, I rented about 34 movies last month, for $19.99 + tax.

Considering that I don't turn my movies around often enough to begin with, a price increase would surely encourage me to drop altogether.

Yep, I just joined BB around June 20th, and between that and now, I have a total of 36 in rental history and (I am currently holding 5 now), 3 in store exchanged movies and 2 mailed ones.

I dont know, I usually watch a movie a night after work, and 1 or 2 on the weekends.

I dont watch too much TVs, only some series I do watch.

Gonna go in-store exchange for 21 blu tomorrow, which is "VERY LONG WAIT"... @#$*#@

Where's the option for, I'd rather own then rent?

I'm one of those people that watch movies over and over, I've seen my Appleseed enough times that to rent it each time, I would have ended up paying more for it then buying it outright. For those with flat fees, there's the hassle of having to waste a rent on a movie that I've seen a bunch of times and want to see again. The only movies I used to rent were the hard to find movies in the pre-amazon days.

I am starting to get very frustrated with BB's "very long wait" on new BD's. How is Netflix on new releases?

you dont have in-store exchange? (or there isnt a BB close at all)

with in-store exchange option, very worthwhile, since I can just go get the very-long wait ones if I cant wait.. (only $3 more, i think)

I have heard netflix on "long wait" is still not very good, and you cant do anything about it other than just wait. BB, at least, i can control what I want and WHEN I want. (usually)

Nope. Mr. Moneybags over here - it would have to be an increase of $6-8 for me to consider it - besides, the more you guys cancel, the less I'll get "Long Wait" on my Queue list - bwahahaha. \

But seriously. I love Netflix too much right now to consider it.

All I have to say is that if they increase the rate for Blu-ray, I better get alot shorter waiting times

It'll take a pretty significant hike to get me to stray from Netflix. I'm more than satisfied with them at the moment.

I really wonder how/why people are sooo satisfied with their Netflix.

that good? ship fast?

OR?

I dont really care which one I subscribe to, as long as they are here fast.

BB in-store exchange, why isnt people taking advantage of that?

I have 3 Netflix warehouses within 30 miles of me. My local BB does not have Blu's. Nuff said.

is watching movies on the internet really that great though? i hear of a lot of people who download movies and watch them. either on the net or on their dvd player. it would seem to me though that no matter what you do the quality just is going to be crappy.
