Are there any "blu-ray.com like" sites focusing on non Region A Blu-ray releases (with technical specifications like audio, subtitles and special features) and also about dvds?

Try this site. They're Australian region B and they're quite expensive but they do list disc specs.

This makes me think of another related question: Whenever some hollywood movie comes out in North America, is it the same master as they one released in Europe ?

For example if Men in Black region A is said to have a great PQ can I blindly trust this goes for my Region B Men in Black ? never been too sure of this
