Thumbs up Polk customer service

I recently bought some Polk Audio Monitor 60 from Amazon and when I received them I realized one of the cover grill was damaged. I contacted Amazon but of course I was told they were now out of stock and I would need to send both speakers back for a refund, I was quite pissed
I called back the next day and the person from Amazon told me she would contact Polk to see if they sell replacement grill ( I should have thought of that )
Polk came thru when they told her they would send me a replacement right away free of charge, even for Amazon.

So Kudos to Polk Audio for their customer service oh and by the way the speakers don't suck either!

That definitely solidifies my decision in choosing them for my home theater speakers!

You're not the first I hear to have this happen to them! An Amazon shipment comes through with damaged grilles and Polk itself reissues you a new pair! I just hope the 50s I ordered don't come damaged when they arrive tomorrow...

Polk customer service is excellent when I bought my speakers I call them up and they helped with the set up and they were patient with you.

Way to go.

Don't forget to register with Polk they have lifetime warranty with all there speakers.

Customer service doesn't get any better than Polk.

I have polk speakers and will never sell the ones i have, it just doesn't get any better....

this is all great stuff to here...I recently dove headfirst into home theatre audio land with polk. I've got the monitor 50s, cs2 center, amd rm6750 satellistes for surriound. VERY pleased with everything and I feel like the front sound stage is really starting to sound superb on lossless tracks...I've owned them about a month now. Only bad part is my neighbors upstairs just started banging on the walls when I'm in movie town...
