You do know trying to cancel an order with Warner is like playing Russian roulette? Their system doesn't seem to be setup very well for the process and their customer service is of marginal help.

yeah be warned, even if you try to cancel an order, they may not actually "cancel" it. I pre-ordered the Harry Potter gift set last year, then decided to cancel it because I wanted to buy them individually. Needless to say I got both orders even though the CSR on the phone confirmed the cancellation and I even got a confirmation email stating that my order was cancelled.

I've cancelled numerous orders with them in advance. By email and by phone (which finding a phone number and talking to someone was quite the task itself). I've come across a new problem with them...I ordered Blow for $16.05 and LA Confidential for $16.07 ($32.12 total). They shipped them seperately and charged me $2.98 more for LA Confidential. I received an email from them after I contacted them about it. They said it was for 'tax'. I've never had tax added after the fact. My receipt and order from when I placed it didn't have that as a charge. Is that even legal to do that? Add a charge after the order is placed and different from the receipt? Needless to say I emailed them again today about refunding that....think I'm going to return the movie regardless. If it wasn't for that 30% off I would stay clear away from ordering from Warner Bros. Their customer service and shipping are on 2 different levels altogether (meaning they screw up stuff all the time).

I have a couple orders I placed with them & was going to go back & check the orders & can't find a link to look at the receipts.
Does anyone know how to look at your receipts? I can't find a way to log into my account or look at my receipts? The only time I see the buttons for log into my account or receipts is when you put something into your cart but it won't let you press onto the links for it. ![]() |

Its not available yet......From the press release it says orders are due by Oct 28th, so it may be a little while before it comes up on the site....
