Home Alone - Blu-ray Forum

20th Century Fox will release Home Alone on blu-ray on December 12 in Austria and Germany. The disc will have the same extras as the US Family Fun Edition DVD (the UK Family Fun Edition DVD was missing the audio commentary and Angels with Filthy Souls-featurette).

Home Alone will also be released in The Netherlands on December 3.

well dvd limited have this in stock showing region A -B

They had Meet Dave as region A-B originally, and that's not the case.

According to http://bluray.liesinc.net/index.php the US release is region free.

Does this release have the wider aspect ratio near the beginning that I've heard about? I would get it, but I have the early, early release of it already. If it does, that might be enough for me to feel that I need it, rather than just want it.

The Benelux release is out since December last year. I don't know about the UK release. It looks like it's one of those Fox-titles that is available in several countries for a while now, but not in the UK (like Mrs. Doubtfire for example).
