Default Cyberlink/Windvd stuttering issues

I posted a thread a while back regarding stuttering blu-rays and what it came down to was the truehd audio tracks. Does anyone know if cyberlink or windvd has fixed these issues in their software? There was at least one of these posts a week for a while but they seem to have tapered off. I gave up on trying to make it work, but am thinking about trying again. I was hoping that something was updated to help make this better.

PS. I am not at all worried about getting the truehd sound, I was perfectly happy with plain Dolby 5.1. I just want to be able to watch a blu-ray on my pc without it stuttering like crazy, and my processor going to 100% usage.

Also this is not a video issue, when having issues with Resident Evil Extinction, I switched to the french track and cpu usage went to 30%.
