HBO Rome... coming to Blu-ray? - Blu-ray Forum

HBO Rome on Blu?? I don't mean to bring up a post that has been discussed a few times before, but I cant get it out of my head that if we talk about something enough studios start to take notice...The anouncement of Amadeus might be proof of this. So When can we see this acclaimed HBO series comming to Blu-ray??? I hope sooner the better.

Shouldn't this be in the Wish Lists section?
Rome is the first blu-ray series I want from HBO.
It would look even more incredible than it does already.

I've been waiting on this title for Blu-Ray. I specifically have not bought the DVDs in wait for the BD edition.

I've been waiting for them to announce Rome since I went blu. I can't wait, the dvds just got a price cut at target, 60 each, its so tempting.....

Definitely want Rome. More than Sopranos. I never bought the DVDs because I don't buy DVD anymore

I think most BD collectors have weighed in that pretty much all HBO shows, especially Rome, Sopranos, CYE, Entourage, Deadwood, etc should be released on Blu-ray.

Same thing I was going to say. Pretty much most all HBO series' need to be released. Huge cash cow for them if they did it.

I'd probably be up for getting Rome on blu-ray. Carnivale too, another show I got into and then was cancelled.

I already have the first 3 seasons of Sopranos on dvd, so if I do get any on blu-ray it won't be anytime soon.
