Default Online Poker

so how many of you on this site play poker online, and if you do, what site do you use? i was thinking if we can get a group together that all play on the same site, maybe we can all play a $5 or $10 sit and go tourney against or something.

me, i play on full tilt, and my user name if anybody wants to look me up is haywiremitz

I used to play the free ones on my old computer. I got a new computer and I can't remember where I used to go.

I have Texas Hold'em on my xbox360 (when it was given away for free the 1st two days that it was released) and it's pretty cool. I've learned a bit about some of the rules (even though I still have a lot to learn).

it's funny how they all have to have disclaimers for their ads in the US that they are not gambling sites.

if you pay close attention to the ads, this sites they are plugging are .net sites (i.e. pokerstars.net, fulltilt.net) if you go to those URLs, the software you can download only lets you play for play money, so it technically isnt gambling because no money is in play, for the real money games, you have to download the software from the .com sites, they do it that way im sure because there is probably some law that prohibits them from advertising online gaming, but nothing about playing for free, but you better believe the .net sites let you know where to go to play for real!

About 400K was cheated from members because an employee was rigging matches so that his partners could see the hole cards of everyone at the table.

I may go back to online poker this weekend. I can't pass up the chance to goto the WSOP next year.

i used to play on full tilt, i just never fully trusted any "gambling," site. i stick to the live variety for my poker fun. oh, i've net over $1500 in the last 4 weeks in home games. extra x-mas money is great.
