Since he is DEAD, , he was not actually in the movie, only on a tv playing in the background in one scene.

So was Lou Ferrigno, who STILL had his security-guard job in the new movie, when Banner sneaks in with a pizza. ("You're the man.")

Stan Lee had two cameo in The Incredible Hulk..the first one was when he drank the tainted soda with Banners blood and the second was the Huge Hefner mistaken identity.

Iron Man had the best Stan Lee cameo yet. They are always good, but in Iron Man his was just too funny.

I thought his cameo in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer was the funniest. Security at Reed and Sue's wedding won't let him in (he plays himself). "What do you mean I'm 'not on the list'? I'm Stan Lee!"

I think he only cameos in films that feature character he had a hand in creating, but I'm not sure. That's why he's not in Punisher, Electra or Blade. Don't know about Ghost Rider since I haven't seen that one.

In the first X-men he was in the background of a pan shot when the senator came out of the water. It didn't disrupt the story at all, if you weren't looking for it you missed it. He was a postman in another one on an exterior shot to set the scene. In Iron Man he actually had a line where he was asked who he was, and replied, but that was so quick that it flowed with the story showing that the parties that Tony Stark goes to are exclusive and they deny people. It fit well into the script.

I've yet to see it where they make a big commotion of Stan Lee being in a cameo, and it's always flowed with the story or he's just part of a shot that needs to be there anyway.

It's all out of respect for the man. There's no obligation. I read that they didn't film him in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but they needed to do some pick up shots and they were going to see about getting him in it.

He's in it:

Quote:
After happy introductions between Stan Lee and Hugh Jackman, the actor announced that Lee would make a cameo in the upcoming 20th Century Fox movie "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," due out next May.

"Don't tell anyone," Jackman joked about the accidental announcement. "It's always a big shock when people see him."

I'm pretty sure his cameo in Iron Man was non-speaking. As far as I remember, his only speaking parts are in the two Fantastic Fours and Ang Lee's Hulk.

Was he actually mistaken as Hef or was he playing Hef? I took it as he was playing Hef, and Stark was just acknowledging to him, rich guy to rich guy.

I took it as a funny case of mistaken identity.

I think his funniest is in X3 as the waterhose guy, the look on his face when the water shoots up is unforgetable.
