Futurama: Bender's Game delayed on BD? - Blu-ray Forum

I pre-ordered Futurama: Bender's Game on BD awhile ago on Amazon. It has not yet shipped and now Amazon lists the title's availability as 7 to 11 days.

Has anyone received their copy yet or is there possibly a delay?

I have a review copy from last week, so I don't think there is a delay. Maybe it's just an Amazon issue.

Yeah, I mentioned this in the other thread too. My copy hanst even gone to 'shippign soon' status, which usually happens early Monday.

Thanks for the reply. At least it exists. Maybe it's a sign that it sold way over expectations.

Heh. My local Xtra Vision (Blockbuster's Irish division) already has the movie available for almost a week now. No need for me to order.

I was going to pick it up today at Best Buy but I am NOT paying $30 for this or any other single movie.

I just checked my Blockbuster and they don't have it

...had to rent in on ol' DVD

I went to FYE, and they didn't have any copys of the BD, I ended up getting the DVD since I decided it'll look better with the collection anyways, I might end up double dipping on this one though.

Got the Blu-ray, it's a awesome encode... 0 banding, super clean and focused unlike the 2 previous DVD witch were banding king in a lot of places. (tv series also)

Mine is the same although not in such a rush for it now because I watched it the other night. Enjoyable as ever.
