Futurema Bender's Game Blu-ray Question? - Blu-ray Forum

Is gonna be release next tuesday, i still haven't see a review, is there a site release the review for that movie in blu-ray, is pretty pricey 27 buck.... for 1 movie, 1 disk and no digital copy. Are you gonna buy it, rent or forget it?

Probably a rental. And yea, how dare them charge us $27 on a DTV short-animated movie! lol but no, I'm really serious....

I received my review copy today, I'll post my review on my site tomorrow. The disc is fantastic though, looks very very good, but that was to be expected.

There is not a digital copy, but at least they include cool little postcards. The disc also has a Blu-ray exclusive picture-in-picture commentary track, if you enjoy those.

Ahh Yeah! Looking foreward to that. I love Futurama and the movies thus far are really good.

Definite renal for me but I will eventually buy all four when they are either cheap or come out in a pack

hey I just got Bender's Game and it loaded up to the menu and then I can't move the cursor around. I have a s301.

I had firmware 3.95 so I'm loading 4.2 right now. i guess that should fix it?

I want to buy it, but i'm holding off until they release the 2nd one that came out. Beast With A Billion backs? I have benders big score on DVD. but I always hold off on most dvd's now when there is chance of Blu-ray.

I had the update disc ready to go so i have 4.2 now. the BD worked fine right after the update finished.

great movie, PQ was nice. not sure how much of an upgrade it is over the DVD. you could see the blu ray quality in the cgi scenes but in the 2-d scenes I don't know how much of a difference it made.

the extras on the disc are awesome, and lots of them.

it also had a mini preview for their new movie "Into the great green open" coming in 2009

I want to get this blu ray, big fan of the show, but I will have to wait until it is reasonably priced. Hopefully it'll drop into the $20 region within a couple months.

Just wait few weeks you should see near 20 or under a used copy in amazon, is best place to buy used stuff in amazon than other place, cause you get 100% price protection from Amazon.
