Default Can't play Batman on Gateway

I have a Gateway system, model #GM5664. It has a BD/HDDVD/DVD combo player in it, model HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW GGC H20N SCSI CDROM. The system runs Power DVD v7 which came pre-installed.

I bought the Batman: Special Edition (the Adam West version) BD today and when I got home and popped it in the drive, received the following error from Power DVD: "A disc with an unsupported format in drive F:"

This is the first BD movie I've had troubles with. I've tried updating drivers for the combo drive and my graphics card (ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT). Both tell me that they already have the latest drivers.

Not sure what else to try to get this disc to work, any suggestions?

So I feel like a dummy... tried another BD movie later and got the same error. It was a disc I knew worked. So I went into basic troulbe shooting mode and rebooted my computer. Totally worked fine after that.
