Default Where do you sit in Cinemas ?

I was wondering what part of the Theater was your favorite if you have one.
Personally I love to sit at the front, 3rd or 4th row, I love to see a big screen big

What about you ?

I always! try to sit behind the the metal bars so I can put my feet up. I get so jittery and always have to have my feet up.

Right at the back so no little b*****ds can kick the back of my chair! but dead center of the theater is best for equal sound and screen distance

I like to sit in the back, also you can see everyone and laugh
if people are trying to "have fun" while "watching" the movie..

In the middle near the end also, so I don't have to walk over people's legs if I need the loo Sat at the very front when I went to see the Incredibles and couldn't take any of the film in. My neck was also nearly broke from looking up at a sharp angle by the end of the film.

I like to sit in the very center. I like to see it eye level with the center of the screen.

I sit in the very back of the theater in the middle seat (so I have to get there early everytime) it's the best seat in the house.

Middle, best spot for me. I sat at the top once and didn't like it and I had to sit in the very front row one time and it was a weird and painful experience.

Depends what theater I'm in. If its a stadium theater I liked to sit in the middle on the bottom row of the mid level seats. If its an Imax I like to sit as far back as possible. At the art house indie theater I like to sit in the upper balcony or in the middle of the lower platform area. When I was a wee lad in my old school theater I used to always sit 7 rows from the front second seat over.Childhood pal Brody always set in the first seat.

I show up early just so I can get the middle center. I don't like the front row and having to look up because it hurts my neck, I don't like sitting on the sides because it just feels funny, and sitting too far back kind of takes me out of the film. It's the goldielocks theory for me, the middle is just right.

Same here. Not because of the bars (though my wife likes to put her feet up), but because it's the first row of the stadium seating.
