He hasn't done anything good outside of comics to my knowledge. I remember when Robocop 2 was coming out I had such high hopes it'd have some wicked Miller story, but no...

It looks interesting, very much in the same vein as "The Shadow" with Alec Baldwin and "The Phantom" with Billy Zane.

The previews don't look so hot. I do not like this b&w with colors a la Sin City. I would have prefer they make it like a regular movie.

It just seems like yet another one of "those" movies. Ya know, some guy does something, people around him get involved, hot actresses do hot stuff, etc, etc.

Thats an oversimplification of course but really.... do we need MORE comic book movies that dont bring anything new to the table? I think not! They are going outt of their way digging up material. It would be nice to see something truly original or ground-breaking. Easier said thatn done, I know!

On the bright side, Mace Windu does get a cameo!

It will be a rental for me, I want to make a drinking game out of all the cheesy lines. Like I'm gonna kill you all kinds of dead and I need a tie, make sure its a red one!

"Shut up and bleed!" could be one as that is featured in the trailer and a few of the TV spots.

Sam Jack has more than a cameo, HE'S THE VILLAIN!

I'm not too sure 'bout this one. It looked kinda cool, but after reading a few reviews that have made sure to point out that it sucks monkey butt:
