Amazon Out of Country - Blu-ray Forum

If im from the US and i want to order a steelbook from germany or anime from japan, how do i go about doing so.. with the currency difference i just want to know if there is anything special i have to do

Nothing you need to do. I've ordered twice form Amazon.co.uk with no problems. The only thing is that you won't get a tracking number.

Shipping will suck from Germany or Japan though. Not so bad as from the UK.

im trying to order Fight Club Steelbook from Germany (my first out of country/ steelbook bluray) and i cant login to my amazon account on the german site =P

any help?

You can just make a new one. I think I had to with .co.uk

I don't know if this has changed now, but in the past the Amazon login created on one site would work everywhere except at amazon.co.jp.

Be aware that prices on amazon.de will be 19% lower for US buyers, as german VAT is deducted at checkout.

a) thats good news about the 19% discount

b) my US login will not work on the German Amazon, so i guess ill create a new one, i thank everyone for their input and help

No, "Fight club" is locked to region B, so it won't play on a US Blu-ray player or PS3.

Don't order one without checking on it first!
