For me it is the 3 original theatrical releases of Star Wars and the first 3 Indiana Jones. These 6 movies are classics, Lucas and Speilberg were gods.

I think they really messed up on the last 3 Star Wars and Indiana Jones. They are not gods, only human.

I may watch Indie 4 again but Star Wars episodes 1-3 will never be on my TV.

Agreed.

I've gotten Indy 4 but definitely want the rest. Just watched it the other day and the story moved along at a decent pace. Not the best of the Indies but not bad. Only major flaw is the refrigerator scene. Otherwise, it's made up fiction fun.

I hope that SW 4-6 would include both versions on the blus. I want the option to watch original or special edition as I feel. Most of the enhancements in the special edition were to improve the background. Han Solo shooting first is better than second but not that big of a deal. Biggest gripe is deformed Jabba the Hutt in 4. Otherwise, I'm OK with Lucas' changes.

SW 1-3 storylines weren't as well put together as 4-6 but not bad if you watch it as popcorn movies.

After all, the main reason for watching movies is to entertain yourself for a few hours.

I'm a sucker for these too, but my patience is wearing thin on the original Star Wars trilogy. They better get it right this time or no sale for me.

Give us the original theatrical editions of Star Wars with 5.1 uncompressed audio, cleaned up in the way the DVD editions are except for the added visuals and dialogue changes.

Original Star Wars trilogy, and all four Indiana Jones films. The three Star Wars prequels were not good at all.

All I want is for people to understand that "loose" and "lose" are completely different words with different meanings and when to use each.

Damned internet illiterates.

I would have to say that if Lucas released Star Wars 1-6 in a Blu-ray set this summer it would be the biggest blu-ray seller - worldwide - to date. It would cause a "jump on the Blu-ray bandwagon" super storm that would engulf the entire planet.

I would just want the original Indy trilogy. I already own all the star wars films on dvd and honestly I haven't watched them since I bought them, four years ago. I just don't think the star wars films are worth my money on blu just because I may never watch them. The difference with the Indy trilogy is that I would watch it all the time, I got the dvd, watched the crusade yesterday.

*side not on the release the original version of 4-6. they just did that as I understand it with the new dvd release of all the movies here a couple three months ago. There are two versions with the movies the "improved version" and the original*

Am i the only one who wants to see episode 1 on blu ray?
I mean... this is what blu is about i can't wait to see the pod racing in full 1080p with dts MA. Man that will be crazy.
Honestly i really don't care about the old version of SW.
Yes the story is better but the fight scenes SUCK in my opinion.

I would just get Raiders and Last Crusade. I've gotten over Star Wars and could care less about the series. The Temple of Doom was boring IMO.

I know the DVD of Howard the Duck is coming so if the blu was set for that I would pick that up over all else first.

Sure they do. In fact, I prefer the prequels for the most part. Good films.
