PS3 Noise & Block Reduction? - Blu-ray Forum

I know the DVD Upscaler on the PS3 works, but I can't tell on the Noise and Block Reduction settings. Has anyone tested these setting to see if the work at all? I cannot see a difference when I have these settings on off or at 3.
