Okay i went out today to buy The family That Prays for my wife and its not out on Blu Ray only DVD, anybody know why?

I don't have a good answer for you. It is a Lionsgate film. They are big Blu supporters. Most new releases come out Blu day and date. Call up the studio maybe they could tell you why. It should be on Blu.

yah I know all other tyler perry movies are out on Blu ray! Maybe it'll come out at a later date...

Actually only Daddy's Girls and Meet the Browns have been released on Blu-ray. Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Madea's Family Reunion and Why Did I Get Married? have yet to be released on Blu. And I can only assume that they didn't release The Family That Preys on Blu yet because the film tanked and they didn't think there would be a demand for it on Blu just yet.
