Terrible release date. Seriously what were they thinking? It's going to lose all it's Oscar buzz by the time award season comes around. Hopefully they delay it until December, and give it a small and slow roll out starting with arthouse theatres. Also, an inside source tells me that there is going to be a shitstorm later this year on the mistreatment of dogs and not getting payed as much as their human counterparts, which is going to leapfrog this thing into the best picture race with that french papillon dog also having best supporting actor in the bag.

Actually, the release date is April 6th along with Blockers, A Quiet Place and Chappaquiddick.

I took my 7 year old to a free screening last weekend. He liked it. I fell asleep for about a third of it. The parts I did see were horrible. Pretty much the only funny part was the Lego Batman reference.
