Default Help With Remote

Guys im thinking of going to get a harmony one remote tommorow. I have a question i have a cox hd/dvr box on the harmony remote i dont see a option for my Dvr list.will i need my seprate remote to access my dvr?

No. Worst case you can manually program the Harmony remote with the Cox DVR commands.

Yes you can. It has the ability to learn IR codes given you have the factory remote.

under "Cable/Satellite Box", did you go to "Cable Box" or "Digital Set Top Box"?

I set up my dads Harmony One for his HD DVR and thought it should be under cable box, but it was really under Digital Set Top Box.

Try looking through there.
