I was extremely impressed with PQ on THE SEARCHERS. The movie has never looked better and on my 65", the image was almost 3-D like. I was also impressed with THUNDERBALL... great PQ and really outstanding AQ.

I'll have to agree with Blade Runner and 2001. The crazy thing about it the majority of Warner's catalog titles are always incredible PQ wise, while their new releases are hit or miss. I think the archivists for Warners needs to be in charge of all their transfers new or old. And the Bond catalog titles are impeccable.

Blade Runner looks like a modern movie. The shining, casino, planet of the apes all look great.
I personally think the Godfather looks great, it's not modern hi def eye candy, but it looks like it's suppose to.
I also think texas chain saw massacre looks really good considering it was shot on 16mm for under 100k in 74.
