It's meant in terms of what they end up costing via the club.
On average you end up paying about $7-8 (or $9 at the most) per title, over a complete membership.

The total cost of it is ~$65-75, and that's for 8-10 BD's.
Paying $30 for one in comparison isn't a great deal, is the point trying to be made with that statement.

Easy pass for me. I would love to have Tom and Huck or Man of the House.

F*ck yes. This sealed my DMC fate!

Weird anecdote time:

My parents recorded this off ABC, and I would watch it over and over as a kid. I loved it. But the ending of the recording was interrupted by the local news announcing that a little girl's dead body was found at the bottom of a construction site. Every time I'd watch it, it would inevitably end with 5-year-old me crying and pressing eject on the VCR really quickly as soon as the "breaking news" sound effect came on...

This is kind of an awful movie that I’ve gotten into the habit of watching every December for the last 3 years with my other holiday viewings. The DVD is non anamorphic widescreen so this will be a big upgrade. I’m definitely getting it on my next DMC membership.

I don't remember ever watching this, but I'm sure the wife and kids will enjoy watching it this December, so i'll eventually pick it up before then.

Another one to cross off my list. Absolutely LOVE this movie. Is it crap? Yes. Do I care? No.
This is probably my most guilty pleasure Christmas movie and I have a blast with it every year. Loved it as a kid, still love it now. Time to retire that old DVD.

Now gimmee Flubber.

I had this on VHS and watched it all the time during the holidays.

Ive never bought JTT passing on the Porsche at the end. I imagine he changed his mind the next day.

This was the release that FINALLY brought me over to the dark side. I'm now an official member and in slavery for the next 2 years.

This is the kind of formative experience that is sadly lost in the streaming era.

This morning I came across this title by accident while browsing the DMC website.....having not previously known about it's existence on blu-ray beforehand. I couldn't have placed the order fast enough! I've always loved this movie, having previously owned it on VHS, and currently on DVD. It's not a "great" film by any stretch, but it is a fun one for sure.....and one I always try to include in my Christmas movie rotation every December. It will be a no-brainer this year with this release!

Well, it's only officially existed on the site for 3 days so it's not like you overlooked it for very long

I have been checking Blu-ray.com every few months for the last 6 years for I'll Be Home For Christmas. All I saw was those 3 words that no Blu-ray collector wants to read "No Release Date". One look this morning, and it actually felt like Christmas Day. It's finally been released. This and Jack Frost (The Michael Keaton Movie, yes it's a guilty pleasure of mine) are my most wanted Christmas Blu-rays!! I hope that one day it will be released. But I doubt it. Anything is possible. So who knows. Anyways, really happy I'll Be Home is out, and can't wait to see what the transfer looks like.

So glad this was released. I can retire my DVD and place the blu alongside my Christmas Blu-ray collection. Mine will be here by the end of the week. Once November hits; it's fair game to watch .

Got this in. I popped briefly to make a quick comparison. Big improvement over the DVD. No special features and the DVD only had the trailer; so time to get rid of the DVD. As you would expect, colors are better and it has been cleaned up some. I noticed a big 'hair' in the opening Disney scene and it has been removed on the Blu-ray. Looks like some DNR, but that's just at a glance, and JTT's face looked a little waxy in his opening scene (though maybe it's just his baby face). I skipped to the party scene and it looks a lot better (not as dark). I didn't go deep into it, but I love the look of what I've seen so far and can't wait to watch the entire thing again.

This is not a good movie but anything with my massive childhood crush JTT is a get for me.
