Default PS3 - has anyone bought MK2 in the PSNetwork?

I saw it in the PSNetwork for $4.99, I know it's not much but I already have the emulator... so my question would be... is it worth it?

Does it have any upgrades like Super Street fighter II HD has?

Sorry to bother with this but I googled it and found many sites with info... all of them blocked by the Websense application in the company I work at...

So thanks if anyone has any info...

Well the only real thing it has upgraded is that it has online play. Its still also selling quite well on the PSN, so unlike almost all downloaded games where you find no one after about a month or 2, theres always someone to play. I wanna get the game myself sometime.

MK2 is one of my favorite games, so I might have a little bias here. That being said, it is totally worth it. For only $5.00 you can get countless hours of competition online. You might get some lag from some people playing but overall the game plays great online, and it is nearly a perfect arcade conversion.

Thanks man!

I think I'll give it a try then... I was hoping for a visual upgrade but the online gameplay may be worth it...

Thanks again!

i bought mk2

nice game. same as arcade version.

nothing special in the graphics department

i wish they had a "move list" in the options menu......and include fatalties so i dont have to have a sheet in front of me.

i wonder when nba jam will come to psn. THE ORIGINAL ONE with scott skiles/nick anderson & shaq on the magic

Get it! At $5, it's a steal. Plays just like the arcade and online mode is fun. The only negative thing I have to say about it, is when playing online, there aren't any "rooms" to see who's waiting to play. You pretty much just sit there and wait for someone to "pop in" and you start playing. But other than that, great psn game for cheap.

No gamesharing (ripping off) on this website.

It's not even expensive.

Hey actually I found this:

http://www.gamestooge.com/2007/05/13...gal-unethical/

If I am reading correctly, Sony is allowing users to share the downloaded games up to 5 times... Legally... (read the update area of the post)

I am new to this of "sharing" and I may need to research further... may need to do it later at home as my internet access is a little bit restricted in the office... just wanted to point out that this may not exactly be a rip off...

I have it but I seldom play it anymore. What with SC4 out and all. Still, it is great when my oldschool pals are over and we can relive our middle school experience!
