at least it is 10$ fixed, unlike , for example, Amazon which is 5 US$ +3 US$/movie so with one movie you spend that 10$ and then you just spend more. Also when you buy 20 movies (to get the 20% off) that comes to .50 CA$/movie

could be, even if you are there they will leave a notice, at least it was in the info of my last buy (it tells the post office for pick up only)

Has anyone received their order? I don't think I ever got a shipping confirmation from them even. My credit card was charged last Friday (made the order on Thurs. morning), so it better be on its way! The only emails I got were 'order received' and a couple from worldpay.com. C'mon SIG, you better not screw me...

Yeah, the sale was good, but the wait is crazy. I ordered on the 22nd, it was submitted to Canada Post on the 26th, and it STILL hasn't been picked up by Canada Post to start its journey.

I don't think they have even made a label for my order. This is actually pissing me off. Those dirtbags have already charged my credit card for the order! That should be done a-la Amazon & charge when it is shipped.

EDIT: Sent a message to their customer service trying to find out what the deal is. This is still worth it for what I paid, I just hate dealing with businesses that aren't run well. You don't charge the customer 1st then run off and (probably) order from your supplier. Keep actual stock & terms with suppliers that way more people/customers will trust you.

I picked up my order yesterday at the post office. All 27 movies were there in mint condition

I suggest you send them an e-mail. If there's a delay it's because they are waiting for some titles from the vendor that may be temporarily out of stock. That was my situation.

I've never had any problems with any of their orders in 2 years.

They are very reliable and quick like amazon.ca

if by quick like amazon.ca you mean way slower then yes that has been the case. i have not had to wait longer than 5 business days for an amazon.ca order. i understand this was a huge sale but come on now, i place my order and 7 days later it begins the journey to my apartment? if it were an amazon order, it would have been here by now. =/ oh well..

Well, mine was just picked up by Canada Post, eleven days after the order. I'm not complaining, because the sale was great, but I hope as they get bigger and more professional they can improve their inventory practices. I was getting a little nervous there

I bought mine online Monday the 19th (few days before the sale) and kept inquiring about in-store pickup but I was worried I was getting dicked around a bit, then it came in on the Friday and I was completely satisfied. Watched both movies and got a great deal! Actually bought a digital coaxial cable from them and eyeing their site every so often for more BD deals.

Once you get over the initial hump of GETTING the product, it's fine haha.

I picked mine up today from the PO but the notice was left on my door on Friday.

It did take a few days for the shipping notice (order taken by Canada post) and a few more for the shipping notice (picked up by Canada post) but it got here fast after that.

The price was right and if I could not wait for these titles I would not have waited for a sale to order them

PS for those that compare it to Amazon, don't forget this is a big sale for a small B&M store, not a large warehouse internet based company.

still nothing for me yet. =/ today is the 9th business day so i'm keeping my fingers crossed for today or tomorrow.

my band of brothers from amazon.ca took 7 bus days, the longest an amazon order has taken for me. then again i ordered 15 BDs from this sale. =/
