Default TMNT skipping problem

So I bought TMNT last night and I took it home and watched it.... It played perfect until one of the fight scenes... The sound got really choppy in some parts. The picture still looked fine but the sound acted like it was cutting out. I don't see why it would do this.. There isn't a single scratch on the BD, I put it in right after I opened it. Has anyone else had any issues similar to this one? Should I go back and exchange it for another?

I rented the movie from Netflix and had no problems watching it.

Any time you get symptoms like that, the first thing you should do is assume defect

If it's your player, it would be something like horrible audio sync or refusal to play at all

I watched the whole thing last night with no issues what so ever. It might be the disc and if you still experience this issue check your players lens and clean it.

Bring it back. Exchange it. If it happens again then return the player.

There was stuff on the bottom of my disc. It still played, but there were like grease marks on the bottom that wiped off. Very strange... I actually heard about people having that problem with 300 on HD-DVD, also from WB.
