Missing Digital Code Insert - Blu-ray Forum

I bought the Rambo Complete Collector's Set (4 movies) during Black Friday and it had a sticker in front from Vudu saying 'Digital Copy Included'. Just got around to opening it now and there was no digital code insert. Who should I be contacting about this issue - Vudu or Lionsgate? If Lionsgate, does anyone know their email address? Thanks in advance.

That set does not appear to offer, therefore does not have, a digital copy slip with a code for the digital copies. There is no "missing" digital code.

"Digital copy included" is the usual wording of an InstaWatch (IW) item. So to get the digital copy, but you have to scan the receipt in the Walmart app on your phone. If your Vudu account is connected to your Walmart account, the movies will be deposited in your Vudu account. If not, you will get an email, click on the link and log in to Vudu as directed, and you'll get the movies deposited in your Vudu account.

Wow, that is really helpful. I am new to digital movies and have often wondered what Instawatch was since I've heard of it a couple of times. Thanks so much for the explanation, very much appreciated!
