PS3 HDMI Question - Blu-ray Forum

What is the best quality HDMI cable for a ps3 that is also fairly cheap? I am not looking to go with monster cable as they are far too expensive and the diffrence is minute at best. Although I dont want the cheapest piece of crap that is going to look horrible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brandon

your best bet is to pick one with as short as a cable as you can get. it really doesn't matter which you buy because any one could end up being defective but really, that's very rare

hdmi is ditigal and diffrent from anolage so its ether the singel gets there or it dosnt it not like wit anolog

Actually, there ARE shades of grey, where some of the signal gets there, and some doesn't The waveform of the HDMI signal is interesting to say the least, and length will break down this waveform, and induce errors. There is a great primer on the Octava Inc. website that discusses the waveform, and how they can extend the length of the HDMI cable run.

check ebay, i picked up hdmi monster cable that normally sell at best buy for $100 for $36 shipped.
