Here is the email address to use, oldmike...

homevideocustomerservice@lionsgate.com

I hope that helps. As to the security sticker residue, try some of the tips posted on the thread your earlier thread was merged with; I find Goo Gone works quite well. ^_^ Hopefully your BD case isn't warped beyond function...

thanks a ton ya i just think they dont know about the problem
i read the other thread and the idea was that it was old disk that had this

this was a new disk that just came out and the 2ed time the clear plastic got
warped and it left stickyness sikky ness is ok dont like warping of the sleave

sending them a email mite let them know about it and to find out if all new
disks will be like this i will just cut them open and leave the tape on

Had the same problem with my Casino Royale one, you're probably not surprised at all. And Goo Gone works wonders you're right!

I just usually use the sticker that was just peeled off to collect the residue. Use it and dab the sticky side against the residue. 9 times out of ten it's as simple as a 15 or 20 second "lint brush" type of treatment. 1 time out of ten though, it takes a good 5 minutes.

Sorry to hear it bounced back on you, oldmike.

Here's a page of Lionsgate FAQs, where said email address is linked from. You may want to try the General Inquiries email: general-inquiries@lgecorp.com

That, or you could try the Lionsgate Forums, though they seem to be strictly about individual LG film discussion...

Otherwise, I'm not sure which direction to point you to; Lionsgate feedback/customer service contact info seems rather difficult to come by. I do wonder why they don't do what you suggest - have an email linked on their main site.

Someone in another residue forum recommended WD40 to remove the residue. I tried this and it works better than Goo Gone and OOPS! Still removes the adhesive, but doesn't leave the plastic dull and swirled.

How about you just buy new cases? I mean I know it sucks and you shouldn't have to, but buying new cases is cheaper then buying products to remove the adhesive, especially if you buy the cleaning solution for this one purpose.
