I just looked at the weekly ad and this tuesday you can get a set that includes quantom of solace, the man with the golden gun,and licenced to kill for 59.99. If you buy 2 sets you get 25.00 off. Only at best buy. pretty sweet:

well, son of a b!tch you're right!!, I never saw that in the ad scans that have been posted. That makes it very palatable to get the BB exclusive and Boxset 3. Not too shabby.
EDIT: Eh, I just noticed that the Boxset 3 is $59.99 still ![]() |

So far I have volume 1 and 2 of the bond box sets with volume 3 on order.
They had better keep going with these volumes though because I eventually want all the older bonds to be in similar sets. Would be cruel if they started putting stuff like Casino Royale into these volumes since I already have it and have QoS on order as well but ... time will tell. -Brian |

It's not bad actually. The exclusive one at BB has Qos in it too and being that it's a new release it's pretty good. If I price match Walmart for the boxset 3 ($49.86) and buy it with the BB exclusive set for $59.99 it's about $14.14 a movie. and that BB exclusive won't be available anywhere else to shop around for either.

So will the only way be to get man with the golden gun,and licenced to kill is from the BB exclusive box set? This isn't a continuation of the Vol 3 disc set is it? Amazon has the single movies for release on May 12, so I'd assume that Vol. 4 would be released the same date with these two movies and that the 2 movies in the BB exclusive box are somewhat different?

Available exclusively on the James Bond Blu-Ray set with Quantum Of Solace at Best Buy. They are in individual packages in the box set but don't contain individual slip covers
I was not aware that these would be out but a good Best Buy salesman pointed it out to me. The box set was $60 for the 3 movies. The label on the set says 3 Bond Blu-Rays including Quantum Of Solace Plus 2 Only Available In This Set! A very expensive day! Update: I just read on some other thread that the 2 movies will be available separately in May. This presale is a Best Buy exclusive. I would think that they would have slip covers in May but the Q of S didn't have a slip case on the individual release today. $20 dollars is a pretty good price for Q of S plus getting the other 2 movies early at $20 each. I guess it comes down to if you want to wait for possible slip cases for the other 2 movies or want the good price on Q of S and the other two movies now. Last edited by fuwa; 03-24-2009 at 08:58 PM. For some reason, Best Buy has a 3 Blu-ray set that has Quantum, Licence to Kill and The Man with The Golden Gun, supposedly these last 2 won't be available until May? howcome Best Buy have them? and one more thing, they are ONLY available in the box set, which retails for $69.00, but this week is on sale for $59.00, not a bad deal, comes out about $20 a movie.

I read somewhere that Best Buy settled for the 3 pack because the first wave of Steelbooks didn't sell well so they opted for the 3 pack.
So Amazon picked up the exclusivity. I'm going to wait til May when they release those in two in Steelbooks i hope. |

It sucks they didnt have the steelboxes, i was all excited and when i get to the store they dont carry them anymore, i was afraid that this was gonna happen when i first bought the first 6 Bond movies back in Oct., but i took the chance, now i think ill stick to the regular ones since Casino and Quantum are NOT available in steelboxes anyways, i just want my Bond collection to look nice and even. Anyone interested in trading in regular Blu-ray Bond movies for the Steelbox ones? i mean for the first 6 relased only.
