Star Trek looks amazing! I'm really excited to see this as well. About as much anticipation as a new Star Wars movie.

i saw some great star trek trailers in the past but this one is incredible, i can't wait to see this movie.

^^ I'm pretty sure they aren't in it. Leonard nimoy is supposedly in it, because he goes back in time to talk to young kirk. Not sure what about.

I hope this "prequel" really has the intensity which Trailer 3 shows (although the careful editing of trailers does have a way of overhyping movies). This will likely become a "must-have" BD when that time comes. Simply amazing looking and the score is very captivating.

the score for the trailer is called Freedom Fighters and its by Two Steps from Hell, who do lots of very cool scores. Dont know if this score will be in the movie, i really hope so.

Yep same here. I get made fun of at work for liking star trek, and I showed those guys this trailer last week, and all but 1 said it looked damn good, and planned on going to see it with me.

My wife saw this trailer and even though she's not a Trek fan, she is determined to see it with me opening night. The trailer is THAT good!

This is by far my favorite trailer this year and I can't wait...

They should show it though because isn't that an important part of Kirk's development and recognition at Star Fleet? I think that's one aspect of his personality you shouldn't change.
