I hate having a high metabolism, it means I get hungry a lot more often than most people do.

meh, in the long run it's good though. Don't smack talk it. Next thing you know you'll weigh 300 lbs. I find it best to not talk about things like that...and low gas prices. Because as soon as I do I get screwed over

Outback is so delicious. I feel like I need a cleansing after I eat there, though. I'm glad there isn't one near where I live. The closest one is about 40 minutes away.

The funny thing about this list is that someone felt compelled to make it. If you don't know those restaurants are bad for you, I just don't know what to say! Those are all obviously the worst of the bunch. I will say that I'm surprised Jack-in-the-Box isn't on there.

Not surprising at all aside from recommending McDonald's.. Is that due to th $.99 menu and tiny portions being being less calories than a big freaking meal at TGI Friday's. I still believe McDonald's is good for a laxative and that's about it.

It seems to me they mention basically every major national chain, and I think that you can find a few dishes that are bad for you at just about every restaurant. Waste of time. Better to choose what you order, not the restaurant itself.

Totally. I think the idea of the list was more to show that x restaurants had an unusually high percentage of their menu that consisted of terrible food. Take for example Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbins. Almost all of the stuff those restaurants serve is garbage. Delicious garbage (especially those DQ Blizzards), but garbage nonetheless.

An absolutely useless list from a dietary perspective. Every chain has meals and items that should be avoided. Most of the chains listed do have meals that a healthy eater can have regularly without it impacting their diet. The piece seemed more of an excuse to slam some national chains.

I remember one week i lost 5 pounds and people asked me if I was on a diet. I said "yeah. The Wendy's and Zaxby's diet." I was eating Wendy's like one day for a week for a month and wouldn't gain a pound. I usually eat those around 3 or 4pm. But that's usually what I eat. Might have a candy bar at work but thats it.
