Default Monster v Aliens in 3D IMAX: Anyone seen it?

Has anyone seen Monsters v Aliens in IMAX?

I'm thinking about seeing tonight and am wondering about how it looks compared to a the regular 3D Digital Projection.

I've never seen an animated film in IMAX. Will it look as sharp as live-action shot with IMAX cameras or will it be "up-scaled" or whatever from 2k or 4k for IMAX projection?

Saw it last weekend.

The movie itself was just so-so. But the awesomeness of the eye candy in IMAX 3D made up for it.

However, please note, that unlike most traditional IMAX movies, Monsters Vs. Aliens does NOT fill the entire IMAX screen. It's a different aspect ratio than your usual IMAX movie. So there is some area at the top and bottom of the screen that is left unused. Still amazing, though.
