Hello
I only know dune hdi players which play blu ray and also mkv + other high resolution files. Do you maybe know any other such players? When will big companies like Sony,Samsung,LG, Pioneer, Denon... start selling such devices. Thank you. Kind regards. |

No answer, interesting.
Does that means that DUNE HDI players are the only blu-ray + mkv,wmv.. players in one unit on the market. Br |

Can you back this up with data/research? If more people like me are backing-up their BD's (via their PC's) and only use/damage their back-ups in stead of their (much too) expensive BD's, would we all be part of the other 0.01% (or, 1 pro 10 mille)?
By the way, if I don't share these files online, but you read a book or listen to a CD that you borrowed from one of your friends, who is the pirate here ![]() |

@OrlandoEastwood:
Since when does a file-type imply an activity? Are all cars that are able to drive faster than the limits just 'built for speeding'? Of course, some people do misuse the capabilities (mkv/cars), but that only relates to people's own responsibilty; although that is a word that the US governmental bodies try to eliminate as much as possible (as a result of the 'claim-culture'). I just use mkv to back-up my own made/bought movies (which is legal) and only use/damage the back-ups (and no, I don't upload them). The above is all just my opinion, of course. |

LG 370 and 390 can play mkv but only limit to 4gb size and i think is 30 minutes playblack one time, i rather use playstation 9 converter which easily fast convert mkv to mpeg or h264 and able to split them under 4gb.
That is how i play mkv after converter to mpeg2 in the ps3. |
