I REALLY hope this is a wide release that'll be available in Canada too and not just an American MOD Blu-ray! Been wanting this one on Blu-ray for a loooong time now

I was going to ask this, but I always thought this was a Universal release. I think the DVD is/was.

I'll add it to my Joe Dante collection, but it's disappointing there probably won't be a Dante commentary track. His are the best.

Always good to see more Dante hit Blu, and I think Phil Hartman's line "I think World War II was my favorite war" remains my favorite line in the movie.

This is quite a surprise; however, I'll hang on to my German blu for a bit until I find out more about this release. This film has one of my favorite Jerry Goldsmith scores.

Finally! Can't wait to pick this one up! I had the VHS as a kid and played it A LOT. Hopefully the few special features from the DVD are ported over.
